WestoNET PARTS SHOP 2.0 is now LIVE
WestoNET Parts Shop has proved successful since its official launch 12 months ago and was part of our strategy to strengthen the service and support we already provide; it is now one of the most used functions on our support site.
When designing our website, ease-of-use and intuitiveness are paramount. With this in mind, we have listened to all the great feedback we have received over the last year to make useful adjustments to our parts shop. Thank you to all those that let us know what you did and didn’t like about the parts shop, you have been instrumental in helping to streamline customer access to parts and enabling us to provide more efficient service.
Parts Shop 2.0 now gives everyone quick an easy access and helps them to find the most frequently ordered Westomatic parts.

SIMPLE YET POWERFUL
The upgraded parts shop is easier to navigate and allows all customers to not only view by product range, but with the new and improved advanced search, they can also search by part number or product name.
Please note that the Westomatic Parts Shop 2.0 is currently in beta and features our top 1000 best selling parts. Images may not all be present at this time but will be added in the coming months.
