This year marks a major milestone for Westomatic as we celebrate 60 years in business.
Since 1966, Westomatic has been part of the vending industry’s story. What began with the manufacture and restoration of black coffee or white coffee vending machines has grown into a long-established British business serving customers with a wide range of refreshment solutions. Reaching our 60th anniversary is a moment to look back with pride at where we started, and also to look forward to where we are going next.
From the beginning, Westomatic Vending Services has been built on practical engineering, reliability and a close understanding of what operators and customers need from their machines. Over six decades, the industry has changed enormously, but some things have stayed the same: the importance of dependable performance, thoughtful design and strong support. Those principles continue to shape the business today.
From black or white coffee to a complete vending portfolio
Our early roots in black or white coffee vending machines remains an important part of our story. It speaks to the hands-on, problem-solving mindset that has been part of Westomatic from day one. What started there has developed into a much broader product range designed for modern workplaces, hospitality environments, public spaces and high-footfall sites.
Today, Westomatic offers machines across a number of categories.
Hot drinks vending machines
Our hot drinks vending range includes bean-to-cup coffee, freshly brewed tea, hot chocolate, soup, decaffeinated coffee, alternative milk options and syrup-based drinks. Machines include the Autorista and the Sigma range, all are designed to bring together drink quality, ease of use and a modern customer experience. Westomatic’s public product pages highlight models including Sigma Cafe, Sigma Simplicity and Sigma Touch.
Tabletop coffee systems
Alongside our floorstanding vending machines, the Primo HoReCa tabletop range offers compact coffee solutions for locations where quality and footprint matter equally. Westomatic’s current public range includes models such as the Primo Compact, Primo X, and Primo Mini and Midi, with features focused on barista-style drinks, flexibility and ease of use in cafés, hotels, restaurants and offices.
Snack and food machines
Our snack and food offering continues to be a key part of the Westomatic range. Westomatic describes the Snackpoint range as a complete snack and beverage solution for a variety of settings, including leisure centres, hotels and public transport hubs. Within that wider offer, machines such as the Snackpoint Skudo form part of the company’s continued development in food, snack and drink vending.
Hydration and water solutions
Westomatic’s public materials also highlight hydration products including the H2O Hydration Station, positioned as a filtered water refill dispenser suited to environments such as education, gyms and leisure facilities. That reflects how the company’s offer has expanded over time to meet a broader set of refreshment needs.
Supporting customers beyond the machine itself
Over the years, Westomatic’s focus has extended beyond manufacturing alone. Support has always mattered, and that is now reflected in WeSupport, the company’s online support area for field engineers and service teams. It gives access to technical resources that help keep machines running effectively in the field.
