Secure Vend
All Westomatic’s snack machines are fitted with Secure Vend, an infra-red vend security system. This guarantees that the product is dispensed or the money is returned – guaranteeing customer satisfaction every time.
Westomatic machines utilise MDB (Multi-Drop-Bus protocol) technology which is the standard communications data transfer specification approved by the European Vending Association and International Vending Associations.
This technology ensures compatibility between the vending machine and all peripheral equipment, and allows our vending machines to work with a large range of coin and cashless payment systems.
The following are the products which have been tested and approved for use on Westomatic hot beverage, snack and food vending machines to date.
