Westomatic Vending Services Ltd, the leading UK vending machine manufacturer is re-launching the company with a series of new customer-focused initiatives, designed to improve customer service, and make Westomatic the number one vending company to deal with.
A new logo signifies the change. Designed to incorporate aspects of the old logo to reflect the 43 year history of the company, it has a fresh new colour scheme and slogan.The strapline, ‘The ultimate coffee house experience’, summarizes Westomatic’s commitment to manufacturing and supplying high quality beverage and snack vending machines, with high street consumer appeal.
A new parts warranty scheme, the first in a series of initiatives, has also been introduced, designed to reduce paperwork and simplify accounts, with automated email notifications at all stages.
A key part of the relaunch is Westomatic’s e-business strategy and this will be supported by a newly designed website, to be launched at the end of May. The website will feature end-user customer focused sections that create ‘The ultimate coffee house experience’ online, while a new password protected customer area called WestoNet, will contain a wide range of technical and product related resources designed to provide 24 hour support for customers.
Westomatic will be using AVEX 2009 to launch these new initiatives, where they’ll also be unveiling their new Pure Gold range for business and industry, the new 12oz retail Sigma and the Coffee Tower, designed specifically for the retail sector.You can see Westomatic on stand C20 at AVEX on June 10th and 11th.
